July 27, 2025 (Sunday). Libreville — Lambarene (240 km, 3.5 – 4 hours drive)Breakfast, and at 8 am (or earlier) drive to Lambarene. En route we stop to celebrate crossing Equator line. Halte in at Bifioun village to visit Fang tribe famous for their masks and sculptors. We observe how they make the masks and walk along the village. Continue to Lambarene.
Arrival around 1 pm, check-in at the Ogouee Palace Hotel or similar.
After lunch, boat trip along the Ogouee river to see the hippos. Later visit to the Museum of Albert Schweitzer.

Arriving in Fougamou around 11 am, check-in at the Fougamou hotel.
In the afternoon, visit to the Fougamou market. Then after we drive nearby the headquater of Fougamou to see how the local tribes (Simba, Ogande, Songo) consume Iboga plant in traditional way.
Back to the hotel to have dinner.
At 8 pm we come back to ceremony place to see the Bwiti dance. The locals who taking Iboga, will be showing their traditional way of doing this ceremony and revealing its super power and magic in the night .The ceremonial dance may take more than 4 hours or even until the morning, if we are strong enough to attend until the end.

Fougamou – Ikobe village Babongo Pygmies in Waka National Park (some 80 km, around 2 hours drive)Breakfast, and at 9.30 am drive to Ikobe village of Babongo Pygmies in Waka National park. En route, visit to mixed village of Babongo Pygmies and Povis.
Arrival in Ikobe village around 12.30, lunch.
In the afternoon, we witness how the Babongo women build their traditional huts, explore the village and Pygmies’ way of living.
End up with traditional dance. Overnight in tents in the village.
Accommodation included: tentsMeals included: breakfast, lunch, dinnerDay 5. July 30, 2025 (Wednesday). Ikobe – activities with Pygmies – Ikobe Breakfast at 7.30 am. From 8.30 am we attend hunting with Babongo people, wearing traditional clothes and trekking to the deep forest. Observe traditional way of honey collecting, climbing the tree. Back to Ikobe, lunch.
In the afternoon explore application of medicinal plants in traditional medicine by Babongo Pygmies. Fishing, if the river has enough water.
After dinner, we can attend Iboga ceremony performed together by Babongo Pygmies and Povis (consumption of Iboga tree, dances and ceremonial precedures) which may last up to 3 am or so. It is strongly advised not to share this experience with locals, as it may entail any bad concequences for the state of your body. And it might be only allowed by locals to join at extra cost and after discussion with the elders.
Overnight in tents in Ikobe village of Babongo Pygmies.

Ikobe village of Babongo Pygmies in Waka NP – Fougamou — Ndjole (300 km, 5 – 6 hours drive)Breakfast at 9 am. Depart at 10 am, drive to Ndjole. On the way, visit of Songo village populated, among others, by Povis tribe.
Arrival in Ndjole, lunch.
Afternoon trip by small boat to the fishmen village, visit of the big cosmopolite market of Ndjole where we can see different ethnic groups, such as Fang, Songo, Simba, Iga and others.
Dinner and overnight at Hotel Kedyann.

Upon arrival in Libreville, visit of handycraft center, museum and old market of Libreville.
Transfer to the aiport around 4 pm. At 6 pm flight to Port Gentil.
Arrival at 7 pm, drive to Olako Lodge in Omboue, situated in nice area.
Dinner and overnight at hotel Olako.
Accommodation included: hotel OlakoMeals included: breakfast, lunch, dinnerDay 8. August 2, 2025 (Saturday). Omboue Olako — Loango National park (60 km, 1.5 hours drive)Breakfast, and collective departure from Olako Lodge to Loango National park – the biggest natural park of Gabon.
Upon arrival, check-in at remote and beautifully situated Ndola Camp lodge, located right in Loango national park, in a forest overlooking Iguela lagoon, providing access to one of central Gabon’s most unique savanna-forest landscapes.
Afternoon safari for elephants, baffalos and other mammals and birds. Evening walking safari around the beach to see the turtles and also, if we are lucky, elephants around the beach. Here is one of the unique places, where elephants bath in the marine salt waters.
Dinner and overnight at Ndola Camp lodge.

Gorrilla’s trekking and safari in Loango National parkAfter early breakfast, we split into 2 groups. While the first group sets off to the lowland gorilla trekking, visiting them for 1 hour, the second group makes savannah safari in the Loango NP for elephants, hippos, buffalos, monkeys etc.
Again evening walking safari around the beach to see the turtles and also, if we are lucky, elephants around the beach (the whole group toghter).
Night at Ndola Camp lodge.

Gorrilla’s trekking and safari in Loango National park – Omboue Olako – Port Gentil – Libreville (180 km, 3.5 hours drive)After early breakfast, again we split into 2 groups, switching the activities of previous day. While the first group makes savannah safari in the Loango NP, the second group goes for lowland gorilla trekking (visiting them for 1 hour).
Around 2 pm, we drive back to Olako Lodge. Further transfer to Port Gentil airport. Evening flight to Libreville, around 8 pm.

Libreville – Malabo (Equatorial Guinea)After breakfast and buying some souvenirs, transfer to the airport of Libreville. Flight to Malabo. We take direct flight of the Hahn Air with departure from Libreville at 16:45.
At 18:55 arrival at Malabo, capital of Equatorial Guinea, situated on Bioko Island. Meet the guide at the airport, formalities with e-visa and transfer to Anda China Malabo hotel.
Evening and dinner in Malabo.

August 6, 2025 (Wednesday). Malabo – Moka Scientific reserve – Iladyi Waterfall — Moka (95 km, 2 hours drive)Breakfast at the hotel, and around 9 am we begin our tour of the island on the eastern side, leaving Malabo on the Riaba highway. From Riaba we will head towards Moka. In Moka we check in at the hotel, then we will go to visit the Ilachi (Iladyi) waterfalls with a local guide.
Departure to the town of Moka. Located on the heights of the volcanic massif in the south of Bioko Island, the small town of Moka is named after a king who ruled the island in the 19th century. This is a mountainous region of Bioko Island and an interesting place to appreciate the island's endemic forests, beautiful panoramic views and have direct contact with the original Bubi ethnic culture. The Ili Waterfalls or Ilachi, are impressive for their location, where three separate branches of the water of the Ilachi River fall over the edge of the canyon at about 250 meters. Trekking through the forest and plains to the edge of a beautiful and special place, where you can see waterfalls flowing down the mountain slopes. During our 3-4 hours trekking (6 km) we should be prepared to hike through knee-deep water (for about 100 meters the path is difficult and there is a current).

Moka – Baney village – Pico Basile NP – Malabo – Return flight (100 km, 3 hours drive)Breakfast at the hotel Moka. Drive to Baney village attending very beautiful traditional dance. Continue to Pico Basile volcano (3018 meters), situated in Pico Basile National park. Here we reach the church of Basila, which is located at the altitude of 2800 m.a.s.l.
Drive back to Malabo to have lunch in the Hotel Anda China.
In the afternoon city tour in Malabo: visit the Cathedral, Chamber of Diputed, Teodolita house, Promenade and souvenir market.
Afternoon transfer to the airport. Check in and international flight home.
